Online & Pit Stop Shop Returns

You have 14 days calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused/unopened and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Ceramic Applications

In the event the ceramic coating applied to your vehicle is not performing as intended after visual inspection and testing by our good selves, we will re-ceramic coat the vehicle (or specified area) for free. We will not be issuing refunds after your vehicle has been Supremecoat ceramic coated and paid for in full or part paid with deposit. Exterior Surface Maintenance

After the Supremecoat treatment has been applied, please allow a 7-day cure time to enable the ceramic coating to fully bond to the exterior surface. Within the cure time, do not use any cleaning shampoos or traffic film removers to wash the vehicle, however, water can be used within the cure period. The exterior paint surfaces will not require polishing, a simple wash or jet wash is all that is needed to clean the vehicle and restore the glossy shine. You must use of our Supremecoat wash products for optimum performance and durability of the coating. Use of other cleaning products such as traffic film removers and other non-Supremecoat cleaners must not be used as they will invalidate and compromise the durability of the coating.

Interior Maintenance

After the Supremecoat interior treatment has been applied, please allow a 24-hour cure time to enable the fabric to be totally protected against permanent staining. If an accidental spillage occurs, the spillage should be soaked up by dabbing the affected area with a clean dry cloth, for more stubborn marks use a warm damp cloth to remove the mark. Rubbing the affected area should be avoided as this can spread the spillage. The use of non-recommended products may invalidate this guarantee.

Acceptable use

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

User content

You grant to Supremecoat a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media.  You also grant to Supremecoat the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or Supremecoat or a third party (in each case under any applicable law). 

 

You must not submit any user content to the website that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaints.
